Victoria Rule is the proud owner and designer of What The Flower. Her floral design journey began right out of high school in 2001. Working for a variety of local floral shops, she had some fantastic teachers mentored her and who exposed her to every aspect of the floral industry. This gave her the stepping stones & encouragement to start her own floral design business in 2015. Victoria personally produces every design and bouquet that leaves her shop.
