Katie runs her business with sustainability in mind, always choosing local flowers first. She recently transitioned from running her own farm to maintaining cut flower gardens and focusing more on floral design. As the president of the Sacramento Valley Flower Collective, she is connected to many local farmers whom she sources flowers from. Katie never uses imported flowers or toxic floral foam in her work. She enjoys teaching, leading workshops, inspiring, and encouraging others along their journey with flowers.
