Elle Huftill-Balzer is the sole proprietor of Sweet Mabel's Farm, a flower farm in West Sacramento. While new to flower farming, Elle has an experiential background in vegetable farming and farm education in the Sacramento Valley. She is passionate about producing a local and sustainable product and getting her hands dirty.
